Patients set up a Float account by entering their insurance and payment information.
After a session, patients get their invoice over email and via their Float account. On the invoice, they'll see their responsibility and the estimated portion insurance covers.
The OON patient gets to choose how to pay, from 3 options: Full, Half or Free.

We’ll do it all: front your full fee, file the patient’s claim and manage the reimbursement process from start to finish. Patients only pay their portion of your fee. If our estimates are off, we’ll cover the difference. Fee is calculated based on patient responsibility; average patient fee is $10.
